When you see a person who is hunched over, slouching, or have what is referred to as “forward head posture,” do you automatically make assumptions about that person? YES. You might assume he or she is older, unhealthy, or lazy. You can imagine what having good posture says about you: you’re younger, healthier, athletic, confident, and much more.
“The more mechanically distorted a person is, the less energy available for healing, metabolism, and thought.”
